Long period I have to wait for my refund

On the 2end of April I did an online purchase, on the second I made payment to them as they advised that payments should be made within 48hours of placing the order or the order will not be placed, on the 7the I asked them to cxl the order as I am able to get the item I purchased from them for cheaper with another supplier and asked that they refund me, and to my surprise I am told I would have to wait 7-14 days for my money back which I find unacceptable. I had not hesitated to make payment to them for the item in full within the time period that they needed me to pay, now I have to wait this long for my own money, I am utterly disgusted in the length of time that I am now needing to wait for my money to be refunded. I have been dealing with a Brandon and sent him and email last week Thursday advising that I do not want to wait that long for my money to be refunded and to date I have not had a courteousy of a reply from him or anyone else for that matter, pathetic service from Hi Fi Corporation. I await a reply form a senior person to address my concerns as I am really not happy about having to wait so long for my money...
