This item was dispatched from your N1 City branch and has still not been received was already picked, packed and ready for dispatch on the 26th February. I have already received the other item in this order which was dispatched from your Pretoria warehouse. This is completely unacceptable and I am most certainly escalating this store as well as the courier for complete tardiness. I will also be raising this through the Hello Peter, this has been nothing short of a unpleasant experience. Regards, Nick
