Little or no help

I bought a curved tv from Hifi Corp in April 2017. Since then I have complained about the remote sensor not working. I have tried to call numerous times for help without any success. They said I must bring the tv in but due to the size it is impractable to travel with it. As such I asked that a technician be sent to me but only get promised I will receive a call which hasn’t happened. More recently I tried to use the AV port which too does not work. Again I phoned and again they said they would call me back. Again radio silence. I won’t ever buy anything from Hifi Corp again as the after sales service is terrible to say the least.
