Lies and pathetic after sale service

After buying a fridge cash and extremely quick service once you flash the cash no fridge delivered after speaking an entire day to Menlyn branch, staying home an entire annual leave day while my family are enjoying time together waiting on false promises of delivery since 9 in the morning. Last promise was around 17:00 the fridge will be delivered and guess what still a big nothing and now they are closed! Pathetic firstly Mamelodi branch for telling a customer to phone and find out why pop from one branch has not been submitted to the delivering branch as if i work for Hi-fi Corporation!!! Secondly Menlyn branch for firstly having to phone 3 diff time to speak to someone able to assist and then failing again on the delivery promise which i payed for and then the service was great because a sales agent gets commission but after sale there is none!!!!
