Lid of the Juicer was eaten by the Grinder

I bough the Melleware Juicer on the 24th of September. Really loved the fact that i could make my own juice until one day the Melleware Juicer Lid started grinding with the carrots and apples into my juice. Took it back as itr has a 2 year warranty and was called today to say that the Melleware company says that i dropped the lid and thats how it broke. They refuse to give me a refund as well as i was told that i must just buy another lid. this is unacceptable. i did not drop the lid and i could sue them. if i had drank the juice with the plastic all floating in the juice i could of got really sick. they are lucky that i did not drink it.<br> <br>
