Lenovo Laptop - with Super Fish - Virus

G5070 Lenovo Laptop and it was discovered to have the notorious virus and security breach - 'Super fish' on the machine.This issue was brought to the attention of Hi-Fi Corporation (Woodmead) where it was originally bought and contact was made with Verdi Andrews Tel +*** who directed me towards Lenovo for assistance with this matter. Lenovo had a 'Nonchalant attitude' towards Customer Care so I referred back to Verdi Andrews at Woodmead branch asking him if the machine could be replaced with a new one without the notorious virus - 'Super fish' on the machine.Verdi said this could be done! So I packed all the loose equipment and the Laptop into the car and went to Woodmead branch to implement this offer.It was revealed to me by the sales member of staff that they did not have a machine in stock! He then proceeded to show me an ACER machine stating that this was the same specification machine that I had bought. I was then told this machine was another R1,000 more expensive and I would have to pay in the difference!! I was immediately caught 'off guard' by this proposal considering the wider circumstances. Being Shanghaied was not, what I had anticipated. No more text allowed.
