2018 was excellent delivery. However it has been 20 days post delivery and I am still waiting for it. At customer care no one is picking up the phones not answering the emails. The branches are very cheeky not being helpful at all. I have no choice to open a ******** charge against these people.

I really feel for all of you who used their service this year.
