Late Delivery

I have placed an order on the 22/11/17. When I placed the order it explicitly said the delivery will be 3 to 5 working days. When I called today 29/11/17 the consultant tells me that the delivery is 10 - 15 days which is not what was there on the website. I was told to expect my order today but still I haven't received it.

They keep on saying it's with the courier which is Mastercare, they told me they don't have my order as they went to pick it up but the Hi Go Corporation Head Office did not give them the release papers. The order is fully paid and I dot owe the store anything.

When I asked the consultant if I can't go collect my order he said online orders can only be collected by couriers.

Please help.
