Laptop still not back

I gave in my laptop for repairs 20may..only to find out 21days later that it was only sent for repairs on26th.after waiting 6more days i went back-cant call coz their phone doesn't work-i was told that its extended warranty and it takes 40 days in that case. They dont know why i was told 21 days. After then being told to come back the next day coz its already at the couriers. I went and it wasnt there coz it was accidentally sent to PE. I was then told it will be there within 2 days. I we t 5 days later.. Still nothing.. Only a promise that it will be there the next day which was 30 june! I went for training early on the 30th and was phoned to tell me my laptop arrived. I said I'll pick it up friday3rd. Got an sms on Wednesday saying they tested it and its still doing the same they are sending it for repairs again! I have no choice apparently and im moving to nelspruit in three weeks?! Still no laptop- waisting my time coz work is also getting behind. <br>
