Laptop Repair gone BAD!!!!

After taking our Laptop in for Repair we waited a month to get it back. <br> When we got it back it was full of deep scratches and all of our data was swept even when we stated not to sweep the Laptop. Not once were we contacted or communicated to of what the problem was.<br> After waiting 25-Min for assistance because there is only one Tech assisting and getting our laptop back. The tech went to the branch manager to try and assist us with the laptop that came back in a horrible state. She just said I paid to much for this repair to log a complaint I am sorry but I will not send it in and can do nothing for you. So I want to know if you take your car for a service and it was scratch free and you get it back with a lot of dents and scratches would you want to know what happened and want it fixed????
