Laptop issue- Asus

I bought a laptop from Hifi corporation in August 2022. My laptop has been freezing and it takes almost 5 minutes to just submit anything. Even to reload a page. The store, the Westgate branch booked it in however my laptop is still the same. It was booked twice and still it freezes so much. I've not even had the laptop for 6 months and I don't even have one right now. The manager is telling me install a terabyte however my pc is still so new. They don't want to replace it instead I'm told to add on top of the amount I already paid. Frustrated is an understatement at this point because it looks like they do not want to help me. Their return policy does not even stipulate what they are telling me. I tried to call their head office but they don't even answer calls. I don't know what to do anymore
