Laptop broke after 2 weeks, no replacement yet after 2 months

Bought a laptop online, used it for 2 weeks, the hard drive crashed. Send it back. After more than 2 months, they claim I've installed a foreign SSD card. But I bought the laptop with a SSD card included - as per my invoice. Which I didn't do. They still didn't replace the laptop. Dragging feet. I spoke to April from the Bedworthpark Branch and a Tumelo from somewhere, on numerous occasions. No action has yet been done. Ticket nr: ***
