Lame and pathetic customer service and delivery

I've bought a Tv from Hi-fi Corp online on 10/12/2025, they delivery time is 2-5 working days. I received a messaged on the 15th for my delivery it did not happened. I made a call to they're call centre and was promised they will deliver on the 18th which dod not happened as well. I made another call on the 19th, spoke to Palesa whom informed me the the Tv is still at the warehouse, this is day 7. My order number is ***, ref number ***. No one came back to me regarding my complaint all I got was message with a complaint number #***. This will be my last time I ever buy something from Hi-fi Corp. They service is lame and pathetic. Today is the 20th still no Tv and no feedback
