Lacking enthusiasm

Went to the Bloemfontein branch to make a purchase on credit as i was approved. Asked the rep 3 times to check stock on a specific TV - not done. Was asked to wait for the accounts rep at her kiosk to finalize the credit approval. A while later I am told that the rep (which was a mere 3 meters from us) does not have login details nor are they able to call anyone for login details or to finalize the sale. In short, according the the staff, they can't check stock and can't approve credit in store. They offered to take my contact details in order to contact me when they can help me, the details were typed into the reps personal phone so hopefully something comes from this.
