Lacking any customer service

Cheap prices are all very well, but some customer service is essential - and distinctly lacking here. I bought a Sansui Coffee Maker, needed a replacement glass jug as broken, was told by store that they don't back up their own brands or supply spares, they gave me a number of people to try but all not dealing with Sansui. Unable to find anyone that does. I bought an AEG electric blanket from them, failed after 2 months, replaced FoC, failed again after 8 months, store refused to take it any further. Expensive failure. I need a store which has respect for its customers.
