LACK OF URGENCY AND CONFLICTING COMMUNICATION FROM HIFI CORP FESTIVAL MALL

I took my TV to HIFI corporation Festival mall on 09/08/2021 as the TV has sound but no picture , Been following up every second day to find out how far my issue is with the shop and everyday I get conflicting stories, at first the stuff said that the supplier fetched the TV on Tuesday 16/08 , then I followed up again on Wednesday 17/08 , got told supplier still has no update . Phoned again today 20/08/2021 requesting an update only to get told that the supplier still has not fetched the TV , 18 Days later the supplier has not fetched my TV for repairs ?I bought this Tv and its not even 6 months old , but I am being treated like I did not buy this TV . I need my money back or a new TV back please !!!
