Lack of service

27 August: I bought a machine online from HiFi Corp on 27 Aug. Nothing was delivered despite their delivery promise.

8 September: My tracking message, stuck on 1 September, kept telling me the following: JD20 : Parcel has been picked, packed and is reserved for dispatch

No one contacted me with any explanation as to the reason for this.

9 September: I requested an urgent refund since I want to purchase another machine somewhere else.

11 September: No refund yet, and not able to provide clear date. Only told it will take 5-7 working days.
