LACK OF RESPONSE FROM HI-FI CORPORATION

I have a complaint as I have purchased a Sansui tv in Aug 2020, the problem is that I remember clearly that we took out a warranty - but now Hi-Fi Corporation disagrees and advised me that we took a 6month insurance and obviously now the tv set is not covered for any deficiencies. I spoke to Eddie which is the Manager at FESTIVAL MALL Branch at the beginning of Sep already and he advised that they will look into it and provide feedback, well its 2 months later and each time that I call him then he blames the lack of feedback on loadshedding. I want them to sort this is as they are taking me for a fool. They kept a copy of the slip. My email address and contact information is written on the slip but to date no proper feedback.

I will take this further if they fail to sort it out! I have run out of patience with them and will never support Hi-fi Corporation again.
