Lack of feedback and service

Good day, I bought a connex laptop from your company in March 2019 and in May i experienced problems when the battery didn't want to charge anymore, I went to your store and had it booked for repairs on the 18/05/2019 to this day i haven't received an update on how far is the repairs and when i coming to get it back, I called your store on ********** (Mabopane, Central city) for the whole week and no one is answering the phone, This level of service and lack of feedback is unacceptable, please have someone call me with feedback on ********** Aaron
