KAAAAAK service - do not buy from them

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM HIFI CORP!!!!

I bought a baby hair clipper online on the 3rd of August, until now I have not received my order and there is no communication from them regarding the delay. I've been trying to track my order and the last update that was made was on the 6th of August that the parcel is with the courier facility and no further update after that but online they say they deliver within 2 - 5 working days. I phoned their customer service, and they can't even advise who courier facility is, they just advised that they will escalate with them, until today there is no update. now when I'm trying to call again, I can't get through the number. What a KAAAAAK service🤬
