JVC TV Appliances

I bought I JVC Television at HI-FI Cooperation ..after using it I realized the USB port aint working . I went to complain at the south gate mall . but I was told they will log a house call with Nu-world . Its been weeks waiting . I finally went back to ask for a new TV .. was advised they will log another case .now im stuck with a Device with poor quality ..im now told the return policy has elapsed.
