JVC 4ksmart LT-50N795 sucks! I want my money back!

I bought a JVC 4ksmart LT-50N795 and it didn't even last a year before it gave issue. It started by being slow when switching on, the screen froze and you could only hear sounds. I have booked tge TV for the second time as it is again not plain. The worse part I'm still waiting to be attended to after I have made the second booking in a month! This TV sucks. I want my mone back! I am sure that you are aware of this TV issues.
