JBL Sound bard

The customer service is 0%. I bought my JBL speaker from them, and the speaker stopped working before the warranty finished. When I get there for the repair or exchange, they invoice me 6000K for repair fees...Very ridiculous. I left with no support. Will never buy anything from this company again.
