Irritated!

I am really disappointed with their service, I am tired of calling them for one thing ever since I have app**** for the tv online. It's almost two weeks I haven't received my tv I am regretting applying online with hifi corp. When I called them within operating hours and asked for the manager they told me there's no manager, I sent a cancellation request it's been over three days now no feed back! I don't know for some reason I am suspecting *****! Maybe I should get the police involved.
