Iphone 6, online false advertising

It was on the 24th of August seeing online special of iphone 6 being advertised for R4999, and the following day I went straight to online purchased the item. To my surprise, status of my order was updated to awaiting stock (I thought that we buy items that are available to Hifi corporation stock), immediately out of curiosity I called ***, the lady who helped me told me that Hifi Corp is waiting for stock from supplier. I was pleased with her response as to me it clearly meant that I have been sold an item that is not available. Later on, I received a call from Balefeng saying to me that they cant find this phone anywhere in the country, it is sold out. I was angry because I sold my phone with the expectation of receiving a new phone I bought. I immediately told her to cancel my order and refund my money, she hanged up the phone on me and she was very rude to me as if Hifi belongs to her. I called again, and the phone this time around was answered by Kefilwe and she polite and professional dealing with me. My complain, Hifi Corp continued to advertise iphone 6 that they dont have even after confirming that it is sold out. No one has cancelled my order on their system, and I need my money back now (not within 7 days as my money was taken immediately from my bank)as I want to buy iphone from incredible connection.
