IPHONE 11 REPAIR

I purchased an iPhone 11 on the 15th of April at Hifi Corp Mahiking The crossing. I didn’t get to use it after putting my information on it. It kept on freezing on the first day of purchase. I returned it on the 17th and they have not been able to assist me with fixing the phone until today. I requested a refund because I felt like should it give me a problem again I will receive the same treatment and they are coming with stories.
