Inefficient delivery service

I ordered a bed ...they sent me an sms confirmation for the 2nd of June.When I called the call center to enquire ...I was told to wait till 18:00 then only I can complain. I am without a Bed and my parcel couldn't be tracked...*** that's my number I have been waiting since the morning
