Incorrect product delivered

I purchased an airfryer last week Thursday 14th April while in hospital as I wad advised I need to prepare healthier meals to recover. I was excited to see my parcel out on deliver Tuesday after the long weekend. When the courier handed the parcel the box felt light and I opened the box immediately. Instead of my my airfryer Hifi corp sent me a sewing kit instead. I was so disappointed I contacted their fb page, emailed and communicated on their website chatbox. All of which I got various reference numbers. To this day nobody has contacted to confirm when the incorrect product will be collected and when I will receive my airfryer. I checked on the website and saw stock was sold, I have already set my heart on the airfryer so the company will have to make sure I receive the airfryer as I have already paid for it.
