Incorrect pricing suddenly my fault

I ordered a Lenovo bundle from HIFI CORP online on the 28th of Dec, delivery was very prompt,as it was delivered on the 30th. But upon delivery l noticed that only the laptop was delivered. I called the branch immediately and spoke to Precious and explained to her what the problem was, she said would get back to me, she did and she asked me to open the box and see if all is not in there, l mean how can a printer be in a laptop box, but in any case whenever got back k to me. I called the next day and spoke to Angela who said she will get back to me, never happened. Two days later l called and spoke to Angela again and she told me head office will only open on the 4th she will call then. No call, l called again on the 5th and spoke to Christalee and asked to speak to Angela cause she already knows what's going on l was told she was in an interview and she could not do anything until Angela is out in case she has done something on this case and would be back to me. No surprises there no one called. I am in Mthatha l asked my sister who is in EL to go there and they told her they were waiting for authorization from HO. I called again this morning and told maybe today they will fix it
