Inconsiderate store policy.

I bought a universal remote control from Hi Fi Corp in Newcastle in Jan using my friends card who stays in Jhb and was visiting. When I arrived at home I realized that the TV did not need a new remote. A day later I returned the remote with a slip. The remote was about R400. They refused to refund me saying I needed to produce the card that bought the remote as they return the money in the card. They said that they cannot give me the money in cash. I found that so annoying and inconsiderate. And for that they have lost me and my family as customers!
