Inconsiderate service and disregard for basic consumer rights from Hifi Corp

Hi-Fi corporate truly has no regard for their consumers and their own processes.

My sister and I laybought a laptop which was fully settled on Sunday the 26 March 2023, we got a notification that the laptop had been ordered however the store in Mall of Africa sold the laptop to someone else.

What is particularly inconsiderate about this is that my sister is partially sighted and works as an interim in IT this kind of delay means that she cannot perform basic things like working which are necesarry for her survival.
