***********,no courtesy and unreliable service and equipment

Bought a phone 25 August with them, phone suddenly froze in March. Took it in, waited for two months only for the phone to come back not fixed with the same problem. they have been siting a software update but Cellucity's iPhone doctor gave a report that it has a technical problem and needs a screen replacement. Been waiting for four months now for them to refund me as the phone is still under warranty but I have been given the run around by the store manager named Angela. Have been without a phone for four months now and Angela refuses to refund me.
