Utterly disappointed at the staff and store manager for Hi Fi Corporation Wonderpark. Firstly after submitting my phone for repairs on the 11th May, I am only getting feedback in July 07th that my claim has been submitted on the day I had to involve Head Office and SAPS. The store did not submit my claim nor did they bother to let me know of any outcome. I was the one that kept on going to the store to ask about my phone and all I got was the phone was booked and the repairs center had no response.

The store manager even **** to the SAPS and claimed that I as the customer was the one that delayed the process of getting the phone to be repaired and that I owed them information which they fully had at their disposal.

I will never set foot at that store again and hopefully the outcome of the court case will rule in my favor because if I was a white person they would have attended to my request within a heartbeat
