poor service from hifi corp overall.

i purchased a refrigerator from them on terms. when my last payment amount came i was told that i need to pay R250.00 as per the statement i received but when i checked my bank statements i noticed that a full R450.00 was taken again. when i queried this amount i get sent back and forth from the store and customer service.
