*********** staff and Rude managers

Hifi Corp manager in Woodmead branch is very rude , useless and does not know how to do his job. He even had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. I took my phone in for repairs and a lady called Balesang who also doesn't know how to do her job called me and told me to come collect a new fridge as they couldn't repair it. When i got to the store they tell me that they don't have stock and I have to pay for my own delivery even though it was their incompetence. someone better call me back and actually deliver my fridge today because your 3 working days is over before i take this matter further. Hifi corp please hire managers that are actually qualified next time because this Sbu guy is not fit to be a manager or even work in customer service.
