I came to collect a tv that I bought at hifi woodmead. A mistake was made on the delivery note where they wrote 48 inches instead of 55 inches. This is a delivery note that they keep, not mine. My receipt was correct. They tried to create a new one but failed for some reason and then told us we could not go with the tv because their note was wrong. This was their mistake not ours. We asked to go with our tv and then they can remain behind and fix their error and they refused. This was for them and was their mistake not ours. This was the manager called Verdi Andrews. He was so rude and I don't think he understands anything about customer services.
