Incompetency and abuse from Hi-Fi Corp/ JD Group

I have been trying for the past week with no luck to get assistance from JD Group regarding one of their companies Hi-Fi Corporation.It appears in 2015 my I.D was used **********ly at their store, don't know which one. I have forwarded all the documents they required but now the person who is suppose to be attending to my case, Karabo does not respond to my emails or calls. Even trying to reach their reception is difficult as the phone goes unanswered 99% of the time. I need this resolved yesterday already as I need to submit certain things that have a time limit.This behaviour from JD Group is completely unacceptable as I am not even their customer, I AM JUST A VICTIM OF CRIME.
