Incompetence with online orders

I bought a refrigerator online from HiFi Corporation on January 16, 2020. They have a 2 - 7 day delivery process. I still haven't received my order and it has been 15 days. I called and emailed them numerous times to find out what is happening and they made contact once but nothing since then. They keep saying they will log complaints on my behalf and nothing has happened since. Unacceptable!
