Incompetence

I took in a television that was faulty, i got a call less than 1 hour ago to come to the store with relevant documentation. I get to the store just 30 minutes after i am told no stock available......why not double check if your store has stock before calling us? To leave everything come to the sotre for absolutely nothing? Really
