INCOMPETENCE

Not only is the company’s staff *********** but they also have a ******* attitude! My wife and I ordered a dishwasher from them and they said they’d deliver within 2 - 5 BUSINESS days! This was on the 8th of October! They sent us a delivery update that it would be delivered on the Friday and the receipt had the correct address! Tell me why I get an SMS while at a funeral on a SATURDAY that the appliance has been delivered! I called them immediately and they informed me that the delivery was successful, I asked the consultant that because both my wife and I are at a funeral and we have received no package from them then who signed for it???? On a SATURDAY? That is NOT a BUSINESS day?????? The consultant gave me an address we both do not know!!!! So these people delivered our appliance to an address we have no knowledge of (incompetence) but additionally gave it to someone that they didn’t even identify (security risk and lack of care!) and I honestly regret buying anything from them! I honestly should’ve used Game as I always do! Emmy wife then called the consultant again who told her that “Even if you are loud that won’t change anything, your feedback will still be provided to you on Monday”! WHAT A USELESS COMPANY! I don’t even want the dishwasher anymore, I want my money! Bunch of useless *****s!
