INCOMPETENCE

I ordered a TV Remote from HiFi Corperation last week Wednesday (13/02/19) . The consultant said that I could possibly have the remote by Monday , (18/02/19) .. the latest . She has my details .. NO RESPONSE !!! I called the store on Wed (20/02/19), spoke to the manager .. he promised that he’ll get me a remote by yesterday! NO RESPONSE .. what type of a company can reject a sale /customer ? It’s obvious that this company employs *********** staff . They only sell items ! !???? ?. Disgusted ?. Brian Havinga
