incompetence

I took my sinotech tv on 23/01/2026 for repairs and to date it hasn't returned. They keep saying they will call me back but they never do. Sometimes they don't even answer the call. I went there on 28/02/20106 to enquire and I was told ill be called back on 29/02/2016 but it hasn't happened. The agreement was that repairs take 21 working days and that time has lapsed. Their service is bad. I want my tv back. Its either they give me my fixed tv or give me a new one which works properly.
