INCOMPETANT MANAGER,WORST HIFI CORPORATION BRANCH:FOURWAYS CROSSING

I bought a sewing machine from Hifi corporation FOURWAYS CROSSING yesterday 17Dec2019 when I got home and opened it all the metallic components of the sewing machine had rusted and the machine seemed out and dirty. I returned it the following morning and requested an exchange but also requested to open the one offered for exchange as I had lost faith in their products only for the second one to be just as bad and leaking some kind of oil. I then requested a full refund and I was given the run around and told to come back later to collect my money which i did. When i returned the manager was rude and dismissive,had me waiting for authorisation as she played games on a tablet, the staff were too scared to approach her, I did and she was extremely rude, unproffessional and I really doubt she knows what's what in that branch. WORST HIFI CORPORATION BRANCH EVER!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RIS****
