In June I bought a refrigerator and washing machine cash and I had to wait 4 days before they could deliver. Delivery was done late at 8pm. We then had to assemble or plug in the appliances by our selves. The machine had a technical issue, I had to call head office and demand a full refund for everything I bought before the manager at West Gate Mall could show any interest and attend to my query.
