IMMEDIATE REFUND as I will NOT ACCEPT your BROKEN GOODS!!!

Hi ORDER NUMBER : #*** was delivered last week Thursday with a broken tumble dryer and a used washing machine The people delivering did not want to open the stock at my mothers flat probably because they knew it was broken to begin with which is very *****!!

Now I’ve spent R 10 000 and my mother is still sitting with broken and used goods

I was prepared to wait for a swop out but since HIFI Corp are holding onto the funds whilst I sit with broken goods and NO-ONE bothers to advise on plan of action I want an IMMEDIATE refund so that I can purchase the same goods from a reputable supplier!!
