IF YOU WANT TO LIVE INCONVENIENTLY BUY FROM HI FI CORPORATION.

Think twice before buying anything from hi fi corporation,they are excellent in selling 2nd hand equipment as new equipment.Buy a new (so they say)fridge and then it has to be repaired , so you pay for new equipment but when it works one day ,its second hand.I bought a new KIC fridge for my son that started university last week.The fridge was bought on the 17/12/2018 from Ho Fi corporation in Secunda mall,the first time we switched in on was the day before he left and found out its not working.When we took it back the rep**** i only had 7 days to return it.They would have to send it in to KIC for repairs.I took it back on the 14/01/2019 and today the 24/01/2019 KIC has still not recieved the fridge and they still dont know where to collect it.That is the service you can expect from HI FI Corporation.KIC contacted us today and asked where the fridge is,they still dont know where it is.Try to phone HI FI CORPORATION SECUNDA and the line is always busy.
