Good day everyone. I have a huge problem with Hi-Fi corp wonderpark in pretoria north. I bought 2 aircons from them in 2018 on installments. They started to give problems so i took it to them for repairs. And that was on the 20/03/2020. On 12/05/2020 I received a sms to say that I can go back to them for a claim due to the fact that they can't repair it. So on 14/05/2020 I went to them and they told me it wasn't send in for repairs yet. A lady then came by and said it was send in and they started to argue about it and still no one can tell me whats going on with my aircons. I am a loyal payer to them every month and i get the ****iest service from them under the sun.
