I wont recommend Hi Fi Corp they are incompatent

In March of this year I lost my job and was unable to pay my hi fi corp accounts. Then when my comany paid me I went to cape gate Hi Fi corp and asked for the total amount that I should pay to get my accounts upto date. I unfortunatly do not know who the woman was that helped me but she gave me a total and I paid extra to show that i am a good customer. At the end of the same month i went to pay the instalments and the same woman helped me and told me my account is a month ahead i still paid extra on it. a month later up until now Hi finance is harrasing me because they say I am behind on my account. I have faxed many pages to these *********** people and have asked many times for a settlement letter and Maritze the ADMIN manager at cape gate said she is not trained to print it out. the Reginal manager Dennis also said He is also unable to print it. and if you phone the head office the people there are even more useless and rude. All I want is is to settle my accounts and get these people out of my life but how if all these people are useless
