I WILL GO TO JAIL IF I SAY WHAT I WANT TO!

1. I walk into the store and see someone is at the customer service desk so I wait in line for a little while, decided to browse a bit in store. - an employee approaches - can I help sir, told him I am here to finalize my account which I started online [time saving], employee asks me what I am looking for, laptop, why do I need a laptop - business. FINE all good, Finally after 1 hour 27 min its my turn to be assisted [ customer service - i was not offered a chair to perhaps have a seat] fine. than it comes to the application - the lady who assisted the previous client is obviously the right person to work the program as she has the proper training. i have a seat, she asks me who assisted me! ASSISTED?? i was interrogated for browsing! no assistance was offered... the call the interrogator - he attempts to work the computer - makes so many mistakes and waists so much time started the application process over 3 times - no apologies for explanation if he is perhaps in training or what the case may be - no. shouting over and above the clients and the lady shows up. eventually completing my application. - she immediately walks over to the client waiting in line behind me and starts assisting her - I am perplexed - what is happening - I look at her - asks for my ID back - I am done with you she abrupts!! what in the actual f...!!! am I finished I ask? yes you can go? where? do I get my goods I came to apply for? do i go for a ****? WHERE DO I GO??? they'll call you! you are finished here now. uhm okay, will they call me today? they might, they will call you!! okay then... i leave. this was on the PH thursday 16 June 2022... Saturday 19 june at 15:30 they call me - i need additional documentation to finilise my application - i ask what - they say my additional income - this is displayed on my bank statement - i need to prove it - HOW???? this s money from rent i collect at my properties - it is a violation of my privacy! i instruct the caller to remove the extra income - fine ill CANCELL YOUR APPLICATION AND HE DROPS THE PHONE!!!
