I was ****** and my ID was used to open the accoun

?Good day! <br> <br> On the 19th December 2013 I was ****** my bag and my ID book was inside. The ******* was reported immediately to the police and the case was opened. <br> <br> On the 4th February 2015, I received a call from HiFi? Corporation saying that I have opened an account and I'm not paying for it so I will be handed over to attorneys. I told them I never opened account with them, they confirmed my ID number and it was the same. I was told to come to the store in carnival city where the account was opened to submit my documents so that they open investigation. <br> <br> I went to submit as required, and the lady who assisted me showed me the file and I noticed that yes it's my ID book but with? a different photo,even the the signature on the documents were different. <br> <br> ?Apparently now I am receiving calls that say investigation confirmed that signatures are the same and I should pay or else I will be blacklisted. I don't know what else I should do now because I was never updated about how investigation goes and so on.<br> <br> I went back to store in October 2015,and was told that the lady who was handling my case was fired because of *****. I asked why they don't clear my name,but no answer.help me
